Flash drive boot loader question

I'd like to setup my 1GB flash drive to replace ultilites normally needing a floppy drive. What I'd like to do is have memtest and possibly a Windows boot disk, as well as still being able to store data. I figure the best thing is some sort of boot loader. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

sure one of these things can help you figure it out

I know how to make it bootable, gonna mess with a custom boot.ini file to load the multiple apps I want.
