The Chinese Processor

Heard about this about 2 years ago were aperently a chinese company was trying to develope a proccesor?!??!! is this true. if so when are the expected? can they keep up? are they cheap?

lol if its chinese yea its cheap but they have good computer knolege i mean look the netendo was invented bt them so was the game boy well i think i really cant remember. how ever if i rememberd right. it is true i saw it on the history channal lol education at its best. to bad they dont teach spelling lol i would need it ooooo well but really if they make one wath out intel and amd the chinese are smart wen it comes down to electronics.
