Mushkin Redlines for sure from Mushkin.
G.Skill Extreme's USU2's for way cheap!!!
Both those would be great. The Mushkins would likely push farther though, but I don't think by a ton (275 compared to 280mhz is my guess).

I got the Gskill. I would be happy with 275.

Mushkin! I have a thread on the XP4000 if you want to take a look here. $150 is very cheap.

I would say to go with whichever UCCC based stick is the best deal. Right now that looks like the Mushkin. I would only get the GSkill to avoid the hassle of a rebate, but really that's a lousy reason to spend more money. They are both quite good.
