Post your nicely decorated Oblivion home.

Well this topic hasn't been brought up yet. Post some pics of the home(s) you own and have decorated. I myself own the Manor in Anvil(unhaunted version, won't go into further detail as it could lead to spoiler). I drop most of my loot in it and only sell the more expensive items. I will try and get some of my images up later on.

EDIT: Here are some shots of my house. Sorry about that, didn't realize the images were coming up so tiny, here are the correct working links.

Trying to find a pool table to put down in the basement, but haven't found the right merchant yet.

Maybe a big screen TV too.

Well ever since I saw that manor in Anvil, I have always wanted it. Not only that.. you can't pick to lock on that house in Anvil even if you jump up to the second floor door.

As for the question on the Imperial City house, you can buy a shack in the waterfront district, I'm not sure who you have to talk to about buying it though.

Market district theres a gal in the claims office, or something along the lines. Its right next to the main drag in a small building basically seperated from the rest of the buildings.

As for houses, now I gotta go get a picture of mine after I furnish it Don't have lots of stuff laying around but I'm starting to fill it up slowely. Place costed me 15,000 + think there was 8 or 9 sets of furnature you could by and thats roughly 2,200 a piece. Mines in Cheydinhal.

I beleive the one in Cheydinhal is hardest to get because you have to some amount of fame to get it.

Isn't the Skingrad house the hardest to get? It requires 25,000 gold and 15 fame.

Anyway... are you running any graphical mods? THe bumpmaps look a lot nicer than mine.

No graphics mods I can think of except for the LOD replacement textures. I think what it may be is I am using Bloom instead of HDR with the AA and AF cranked up. It doesn't really save in performance as it comes out roughly the same performance wise. HDR is ok, but I don't think it was used correctly in this game. The prime example in my book of excellent HDR usage is the Lost Coast add on for HL2. For comparison purposes... my specs are..

Athlon 64 3500+
EVGA 7800 GT
2gb (2x1gb) G.skill performance ram

Hope you aren't storing anything in that stolen house. It will all vanish eventually.

Damn, I guess I am farther along in the game than I thought. I asked the guy in Cheydinhal and he offered to let me buy the house, I was too poor though. I did a bunch of favors in that city though.
