Is this good for not OCing

This is my stock memory that i bought i have 3gigs of it is it any good n how could i make it better withought using water cooled or anything like that n soon to be gettin 3 90mm fans if i can find em for my case n a moded side on it so it will be like a 1/2 in long from case side to heatsink fan....oh the ram is Geil 1024MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz CL3 and the mobo is a Gigabyte K8NS Socket 754 Motherboard

That clock is really low, try to push it higher and put some more volts through, BTW cooling does not really help RAM OC at all as they dont generate much heat...

That is a real low fsb there. Oh and you should really be able to get a 1T command rate I would think
