Alternative distributed computing projects IRC Channel

Benvanz made an IRC channel on ZiRC (http://www.zirc.org) called #alt.oc.dc (I helped him a little

) This channel is a place for us to discuss all these different projects we are starting up. This channel is NOT an official channel in any sort and is not associated with these forums or overclockers.com. Please come and join us!

You can use mIRC for windows, irssi for Linux, or XChat for either. The easiest way to join us without installing any software is to use any of the web-based clients you can find here: http://www.zirc.org/chat/ More IRC clients and general info can be found in tspier2's nice IM/IRC client/info sticky.

Once connected, type /join #alt.oc.dc - that is all there is to it.

We are currently lacking in users (Benvanz, tspier2, Rpkole, sometimes THF, once or twice sno.lcn, and me... thats it!

Another bump. The channel is not terribly active these days. *cough* (okay.. nearly dead)
