Hi everyone.

I've had this setup for a while now, and I've always wanted to oc my system higher. A while ago I've clocked my 800EB chip to 960 before, but for some reason I can't anymore. I can only shoot for 930. I'm not sure what my bottleneck is, could someone help me out? I know the EB chips are harder to oc because of the fsb, but I've seen people in the CPU database with 800EB chips reaching 1GHz or more. What is the deal? What is my bottleneck?

Here is my system setup:
Intel PIII 800EB @ 930mhz w/vcore @ 1.80v
ASUS CUV4X mobo
384mb of PC133 @ cas 2-2-2
fsb @ 155mhz
Quantum Fireball LM20.5
Geforce2mx 32mb
System/Dram divider ratio @ 4/3
BLORBS on northbridge
Pioneer dvd-rom dvd-115
Ricoh CDRW RW7083A
Creative SBLive! value
Aopen PSU @ 250wts

Thanks guys for your time :)

Change your cas settings to 3 and give it a go.I can get my 866 to 988 stable with a cas3 setting and 1.8v.Thing does windows fine at a gig but locks up a short way into the quake2 crusher demo.I mostly game but see no real speed up when clocking over 942.
