P5WD2 7B error

Hi guys. Weird thing going on here. Installed everything into this board, it posted fine. Started the windows install and it loaded everything up and prepared to start windows. BSOD 7b error. Its no the hard drive because we stuck three different ones in the chassis.

I am guessing that this MOBo does not like running on a single stick of ram.
Its a single DDR2 Corsair value ram 1gb Double sided stick. The Motherboard Handbook states that it does not support double sided x16 dimms. So if i get a second one or switch this single for 2 512's will that solve the problem?
