doom3 x1900xt and cat 6.3

Anyone else having issues with the color when playing doom3 with the cat 6.3 on the x1900xt?

I sometimes get strange colors in deep shadows and when there is a lot of smoke but for the most part everything else looks OK. I tried to take a screen shot of it a few nights ago but it does not show up so I am starting to think it my 6 year old Dell Trinitron; it’s getting to the point where it will not calibrate like it used to.
The only thing else I see is the game stutters when I first enter a new level for a few seconds.
I am using the 6.3 drivers.
