Need quick advice, s939 and agp

just as title says, looking at these two,

video card will be a 9800pro. Any issues with these boards?

I would strongly urge you to not go with the Gigabyte boards. I would suggest an Epox NF3 board. Both are about $20 more than what you are looking at. Is there a problem with your ASRock?

Not mine, a friend is having problems with his. I'll look at the epox nf3.
