lock up after OCn' 6600

I took it from 512MB to 675MB, and core clock from 453 to 543, how can i avoid lock ups??? Heat in not an issue, even of stock. she is cold as ice ;)

might need more voltage. you say temps are fine, what are ur temps idle n load?
 
that's definately not cold as ice, but it's not burning up either. google 6600 volt mod. how did you give it more ram? you realize when you oc the ram, ur making it run faster not adding to it. if you took it to 675mhz, that's really freakin high for your ram and that's causing ur instability, ease it back to 550 or so and work gradually up from there.
