need help choosing a case + PSU

i want a good case and power supply(together or separate) for these parts :
Athlon X2 4200+
evga Geforce 7600GT
Asus A8N5X motherboard
Western Digital Caviar 250GB
DVD Burner

i may do some overclocking in the future
for around $150 or under for case + psu?
i dont want to have to buy any extra connectors or fans or anything

MAKE SUGGESTIONS PLZ

is that $100 for both case and psu?
IMO a psu makes a good computer dont skimp on one as you will be kicking your self later when you start haveing problems. Investing in a good psu will be a good choice down the road.
