Autoruns is very good (advanced) and lists just about everything that is running.

I have used -- CodeStuf Starter-- for the past few years. It is a great little utility that lets me manage my start-ups, current processes, and Services. As of today, the most recent version of this program is the 5.6.2.0 which incorperates the new Services menu. Also, you can check out this list --Here-- which will give you some more programs to choose from.

I've used Startup Control Panel since I first stumbled on it. Basic, but it most definatly gets the job done (and is freaking tiny! great for toting to borked systems )

Another vote for Sysinternal's Autorun. Don't forget services.msc too (PLEASE don't get into a black viper debate...please...).
