I'm somewhat confused as to what he is trying to say.... does he mean that he is able to run DX10 graphical demos on a DX9 card with special drivers?

I think he just meant that he is playing CS(dx9), on a direct x 9 card using a beta nvidia(?) driver that supports DX10...

What is the point, or intended response to your posting of this thread? Do you want us to make fun of him for being incorrect? Do you not think it would be of a higher order thinking to simply correct the misguided, rather than make one the subject of ridicule?
