Well ive decided im gonna mod my shuttle, today ive ordered some new 80mm fans... cause the 1 build into the ice cooling system is noisy and dont move much air.. so im planning on putting 1 of the new 80mm fans in place of it and the other and the rear of the case, hopefully creating a good flow.. then im thinking bout cutting a blowhole in the middle for the top for a 120mm fan... nt sure how my 200w psu will cope wit 2 hdd's 1 dvd-rw ati radeon 9600 and 3 fans but we shall find out... gonna post some pics when i start actually doing it...

any other ideas or comments etc... jus post em ere :)

I don't know what modely of Shuttle you have, but the stock 200w PSUs in models like the SN45G are *more* than powerful enough to handle what you've got. Good luck on modding.
