looking for a cpu utility

Im looking for a decent mobo/cpu utility, mainly to see what my load temps are getting to. i can already see in my bios my temps are 50/51c (hot) i know. 940 what can i say i know thats a bit higher than par. n e way, can you recomend a program (hopefully low cost) Thnx

or motherboard monitor 5 (MBM5)

i didn't think MBM5 worked with any of the new LGA socket boards. i thought it was discontinued before they existed?

also, what mobo is it? a lot of manufacturers include a utility to monitor that kind of stuff
