How Can I turn up the fan speed on X1900?

I have a Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe MB running X1900 crossfire edition with a
X1900XTX the fans run at a good speed upon turning comp on but after it boots they slow way down and heat progressively rises.

How can I turn up the fan speed on the vid cards?

go to the settings button. best way to do it is to have it turn on higher and higher as the core reaches higher temps.
