Ram timings on Sapphire x800xtpe card

Hi, this is my first time posting here. What lead me to these forums is my search for information on the different tweakable ram timings for my card, a AGP x800xtpe w/ vivo. It has the samsung 1.6ns ram, and I have a artic silencer on the card. It's overclocked fine at 545/575 (not a whole lot of OC, but stable). The last thing I want to do is create a bios with those clocks as default and some improved ram timings (like the tras, trc twcl etc) but I cannot find any information on tweaking it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
