i CANNOT run my memtest86+

i go ahead and create a CD also a floppy to boot memtest86+.

i follow the steps in a sticky above that tells how to use memtest86+, and i can only sucessfully create the CD and the floppy. i just can't run it!

i tried rebooting and then open the CD or floppy. it didnot run:

the CD shows nothing in it, but it shows the size of files in it, which is the same size as the ISO file. it shows i had created the CD correctly.

the floppy says it appears to be an unformatted disk.

Please help, thank you in advance.

Did you set correct boot sequence?

Note: The ISO includes boot files.

My memtest CD works fine but my machine is set up to boot off the CD first. So, when my machine boots into memtest it's the only thing that runs - no cursor, just the memtest DOS screen ...
