I've just realised that my omega nvidia drivers are behind a pretty serious graphics glitch. See:

One of those looks like it's displaying textures that are still in the cards ram. I've also had nv4_disp.dll give me a blue screen. Regardless of whether they're the latest drivers, is the performance difference with them noticeable? I've gotten rid of them, and installed the latest official nvidia ones, and haven't had any problems.
