Idle temps seem okay. How are you getting to 1Gig? Have you upped the voltage at all or are you running the standard volts? How about load temps?

Looks like you've already unlocked your cpu. My Duron 850 run's stable at 1040 (104x10). I would stay with the 10 multiplier, up your volts a little if you havent, and bump your fsb a notch to see if you can get more.

What memory settings are you running?

I'm with Willy on the voltage suggestion. Try bumping it up a little and see if it will run stable at a higher speed. But, WATCH YOUR TEMPS. Upping the voltage really causes temperature rises.

I have the Duron in my sig running 750 @ 1035. But, my mobo did not have voltage adjustments or multiplier adjustments so I am a little limited, but I just closed the L7 bridges on the chip to give me 1.85 by default and it purrs right along. Only problem is my Volcano 6Cu will only keep the load temp down around 57C, which is stable, but way hotter than I'd like. I'm experimenting with ducting to see if I can lower it.

very nice oc with your duron, I can't even get mine to run stable in prime95 with 135x7.5. But that about to change I'll do the volt. mod when i receive the grabber from Doctor and see how far it can go.

You might be able to go higher if you close the L7 bridges, but that sets you vCore @ 1.85 which might be higher than you want / need. If my board had BIOS adjustments for voltage, that's what I'd use.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck at my current speed. My next FSB jump is to 150, which is too high (will post but not boot). And my board does not support multiplier adjustments. But, I only use the machine as a file server and a 'Protein Folder', so it'll do.

Is there a reason why you can't drop the multiplier and run 133 FSB?

My MOBO is the epox 8kta3
I tried changing the jumper to 133 and going into the bois for the rest.. but once I change the one jumper, even after lowering my multiplyer the board won't post.. don't know why, because I was able to do it with my duron 800, but the 850 wont let me change it.

my voltage right now is about 1.7
but I am going to bump it back up a notch
