NF7-S multiplier stuck at 6X

I have a mobile processor equipped NF-7 and had a modest overclock. I haven't messed with the computer in some time. The other day I found CPU-Z and ran it. It shows that my system is only running at around 1.4 ghz. I went into bios and it shows the multiplier at 11. Anyone know what is wrong here?

What is your FSB at? That is probably set wrong, or reset itself at some point.
