Motherboard Temps on an P5VDC-MX

I'm running a P5VDC-MX with a D805 running at 2.92Ghz, as UK guys will know its pretty warm here at the moment. But i was just wondering what safe temps on this board would be? Its got up to 48C and is currently 46C according to PC Probe II.

I have one 80mm fan at the back of my system, and one on the side, as well as 2 80mm fans on my PSU drawing air out, my case is also on the floor.

I'm just wondering if its safe for it to be running this hot?

I've turned the clock back down on my 805 to standard, 2.66Ghz and it seems to have made no difference to my Mobo temp, it's still getting up to 48C sometimes.

I have ordered some more fans for my case, a 92mm fan to replace my rear fan and another to add one at the front of my case also so i will have 3 in total, 2x 92mm and one 80mm on the side. So i hope that this cures the heat.
