So I'm gonna get a cheap 7600GS for a pc i'm building for my brother, but i've noticed a fair few come with large passive heatsinks, and some with little fans, and even no memory heatsinks.
I was thinking, instead of going for one with a heatsink and integrated fan, would having a large heatsink, coupled with a 92/120mm silent fan blowing directly onto it be a really good overclocking option?

Other brands, suggestions welcome But price limit is a strict £90 preferrably closer to £75
