Again, Thanks for taking the time to allow me to interview you.

Im sorry I took so long to reply to this. RL has been extremely hectic lately.

When did you join the Team? Approximate date is ok if you don't know the specific date.
I joined the forums as an active poster in may of 2005, and turned in my first WU on June 05, 2005.

If there was something recent that you did that you wanted your fellow teammembers to know about, what would it be?
My fiance's grandmother had a heart attack about 2.5 months ago, with subsequent surgery and many complications thereafter. We have spent the entire time at the hospital, and unfortunately had to have a funeral for her a couple weeks ago. I have had to let other activities lapse during this period, but I now hope to start building and borging rigs again.

What is your EOC (extremeoverclockers) stats link? Link

You do not have to give specifics (address), but what State do you live in, and if you don't mind telling, what town? (town is not required, but if not a town, a general direction and distance from the nearest 'big town/city' would suffice)
I live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

How did you initially hear about F@H?
I heard about SETI years ago and thought the concept of Distributed Computing was cool, but never tried it. I had just started actively participating in the forums when I saw the SETI and FAH subforums. I read the stickies and thought FAH was a worthwhile cause, so i installed it.

After starting, why do you continue to Fold?
I would be lying if I didnt say that I fold for the points and the competition, but I also feel like I am helping with something greater than myself. I have been very fortunate in my life not to have to deal with much illness or death in my family, but I know that I eventually will. Maybe the research I help with will develop new cures.

What do you do for a living?
I work for an Oil and Gas law office as the resident peon/errand boy. Recently, I have also become the IT department and the firm is sending me to school to become certified as an MCSA. I also have a job with a local chocolate shop, where I setup chocolate fountains at weddings. I am also the IT department there.

What do you do for fun?
I am an eagle scout, so I really love the outdoors. I love to fish, hike, camp, backpack, and hunt. I also enjoy fast cars, building computers, and my xbox.

Is there anything special you do in your spare time that you really enjoy?
I really dont have much spare time.

Time to spill your guts. What are the stats of your main folding rig? Why is it your fave? What all do you use the rig for?
My main computer is one that I built for work. It is an Abit AS8 powered by a P4 506 @ 4260mhz with a gig of corsair ram. Video is a lowly Geforce3 Ti200 @ 230/510. I dont do much computer gaming, so I built this rig to fold cheaply.

Do you have a Borg-Farm? If so, how many computers, and what are they? (CPU, RAM)
My home computer is a dual PIII @ 900, and my fience has a celeron tualatin 1200 that also folds for me. At work I have something like 6 P2/P3 based borgs running off and Overclockix server for team YATTA. I have 1 p4 at the chocolate shope, and the law firm has about 20 p4 based dells. We were having network slowdowns a couple months ago, so I took the office p4's offline for a while to prove that FAH wasnt the culprit. Ill try to get them back online soon, if the firm will approve it. If not, Ill just start building my own headless borgs.

What are your future goals? What do you most want to accomplish with your life?
I want to get my MCSA and eventually my MCSE. My goal is to branch out and provide IT support for local law offices, and other small businesses.

I also have a pic.

Thanks for all the positive input guys. I am currently working on getting a PD 805 rig at work to play with the server 2k3 eval on. The idea is that if i break something on it, our real server doesnt crash, lol. Of course it will be folding. I need to get my ppd up.
