As long as you have a PCI-E slot then it should work. There is no reason it shouldnt. All PCI-E motherboards as of today work with all PCI-E cards.
You just have to make sure you have sufficient power supply.

Sufficient cooling would be a must as well. And to clarrify, As long as you have a PCIE 8x or 16X slot then it will work.
