OK Cant' think....how Can I wipe both of my drives to sell them?

I'm tired and can't seem to think. How can I wipe both my system and backup hard drives to sell them? They are both SATA drives and my other PC has only IDE.

I could use the windows boot CD and run through their format...but then it'll try to install files, right?
