Hey everybody, I just ran into a problem with the Linux console version 5.04 beta. I finished a wu (p1488), and it seems to have submitted fine. Now it won't download another wu. Here is the last part of the log, which does not change anymore when I run the client:
Code:
[03:30:56] Completed 500000 out of 500000 steps (100%)
[03:30:56] Writing final coordinates.
[03:30:56] Past main M.D. loop
[03:30:56]
[03:30:56] Finished Work Unit:
[03:30:56] - Reading up to 3707664 from "work/wudata_01.arc": Read 3707664
[03:30:56] - Reading up to 1770192 from "work/wudata_01.xtc": Read 1770192
[03:30:56] goefile size: 0
[03:30:56] logfile size: 41967
[03:30:56] Leaving Run
[03:30:56] - Writing 5524179 bytes of core data to disk...
[03:30:56] ... Done.
[03:30:56] - Shutting down core
[03:30:56]
[03:30:56] Folding@home Core Shutdown: FINISHED_UNIT
And that's it. When I close and restart the client, it runs through the standard stuff and then displays 31% on the wu to the end (finished_unit) and then just sits there. After a couple of minutes, it comes up with the Gromacs license information, and then does nothing else.

I've tried downloading the console again, and I also tried version 5.02. Neither one of those things helped. I'm using FreeBSD and followed the directions on Stanford's site for doing so, and it's been working fine. Does anybody have any ideas as to why it is doing this?
Thanks

hmm... maybe do a total wipe of the directory, anmd try again?
Well I had made a new directory after I made my first post. Then I copied over the 5.04 console and my client.cfg and it's working fine. I'm leaving the other directory just because I'm curious about what the problem might be.
