The title doesn't really explain it all... Are you trying to make a CD/DVD from an image?

do you wish to combine SP2 with XP and make a new disk ?

Good guess... If you wish to do that fcpremix23 I don't believe you can. The easiest way would be to install XP and then update to SP2.

nLite is the easiest way. It will insert patches updates and drivers. You can remove parts of the OS if you desire, within reason.

There is ways to slipstream the SP2 into the install disc. It is just easier with nLite. It making a DVD, I am unsure of that though.
