fan speeds

i have 2 120mm noiseblocker fans cooling my dual rad and i have them plugged into a normal molex off the psu.

If i use the onboard case fan connections (on the mobo)would the fans run at he same speed?
i am trying to find out if there is any way of speeding them up to get better cooling

If there plugged in via molex and not on a fan controller, then there running at the max RPM.

Yes they will run at the same speed if there plugged into the mobo or on a fan controller. You will be able to turn them down, but not up
