Any deals on LCD TV's?

I've decided its time for my father to get a new TV, and due to space limitations, we need an LCD. It has to be under 19.25" tall, so I figure a 27" widescreen should fit about right. We could go a little smaller, it just can't be too big. How cheap can I find a medium-sized LCD TV?

syntax olevia or westinghouse are probably the cheapest.
if you can mount it without stand, olevia 30" is just over 19" tall. that's the model with speakers that come off (silver).
check hot-deals.org and some of the deals forums for current deals... they come and go all the time, i usually just check anandtech forums for whatever instead of browsing fatwallets and such.
