AMI bios

Is it just me or do these AMI bios's make zero sense when it comes to overclocking?

My friend has a A8R32 Asus crossfire board and I tried to help him overclock and I couldn't figure out that bios.

It has nothing to do with AMI's bios but with the mobo maker, it's just not a good overclocker, and you can always go through the manual to find out what you can do in the bios.
