GeForce 7950 GX2 On for "cheap"!! WhooHoo!

http://www.directron.com/pvt71uzdl9.html
Or for a bit cheaper (but lower quality)
http://www.mwave.com/mwave/skusearch...=done&nextloc=

If you happen to be an overclocker... well, you can get this thing up to 800mhz and 1.8 Ghz with Liquid cooling
(1Ghz and 2.2Ghz with LN, it's already been done... and the results are insane...)

I just ordered an XFX card... Can't wait... must prepare for EXTREME GRAPHICS TIGHTENING.

P.S. This is a worthless video card for anyone who plays at 1600x1200 or lower. And no games are yet made to run at optimum efficiency on the 7950...
Quad SLI is for retards, RAID 0 is for idiots, RAID 1 is for people who don't trust their hard drive, I've had too much coffee.

Uhh... damnit... I forgot to wipe my web folder, I was fiddiling with vBulletin... and one of my own bugs came back to haunt me. I was trying to post this in Cyber Deals, I should of looked at where this ended up.
Ironic that I was trying to make a reliable "move thread" feature(one that would allow the poster to move their own thread anywhere) and I do this...

2 more days.... Time to overclock my 5700 to self-destruct mode.

Indeed, but Shell is new and may not be familiar with all the sections just yet, so I'll just move it over to the Cyber Deals section.

Beware - new reseller. I'd wait for the price to go down to buy from someone with some reseller clout. $500 is a lot of money to me.

Title is misleading. Over $500 for a graphics card is not cheap.

That and, what would actually be considered cheap for a SLI 7900 based card right now?
It is sort of high end hardware.

230 after MIR at newegg for xfx 7900gt's. Seeing as I paid 315 for an xfx 7900gt extreme a few months ago, I'd say the prices have gone down a lot since then. If not for waiting for dx10/8xxx series I would definitely go SLI.
