DDR-PIII has contacted me, details in post #19

I NEED HELP Has any member here ever left Heatware for user DDR-PIII or his alias Ic3d. If you know the Heatware information for this Troll, please sent me a PM. This TROLL has ripped off at least 4 forum members here and we will stop at nothing to see that restitution is made, and preferably he is arrested, or both.
Thanks in advance.

I have removed this info from my SIG as I received all the info I needed, Thanks!

Sorry to hear about this. I ran some searches using Google of this site among others and he seemed to post a lot about buying/selling items but never mentioned heatware from what I saw. Good luck on catching him.

It could be possible that he did not have a heatware account...

DDR-PIII aka Darryl Chabot (or J. Kostick. new alias we were provided) from Thunder bay ON, has ripped off 4 separate members here, but luckily we caught this early and removed his dozens of For Sale threads, the damage could have been much worse.

But this troll is going down. He had some trading issues in the past, but this scumbags situation I'm taking personally and I will do everything in my power to have him arrested, and restitution made. I have all his personal info as in Address and what not, just now I'm going around to the Forums we share data with to make sure they suffer no damage from this Con Man.

I was thinking that, but four times? Gotta be pretty freakin' extreme, and I'm sure he would have let the buyer (and SSS) know if there was some reason he couldn't complete the deal. Good luck, SSS! I'm glad we have people like you around in this world.

yeah I know, it seems like he was a legit overclocker and i'm assuming hes had many good sales in 4 years, you think maybe hes come up on some hard times or something to randomly clock 4 members ?

I am the LAST person that will put doubt on SSS but my first reaction to this was that somebody must have hacked his account.
Who knows ?
I have no doubt in my mind that SSS has already explored this and knows what he is doing.
Remember he is the master at this stuff.

im not saying anything about this particular member, but this _scenario_ sounds like someone who may have his hand forced by ... for example: a dependance on black market goods, (and the black market is expensive) or have some hefty issues like gambling, addiction, extorsion... who knows really?

i mean thats the only way i can think someone whos been here for a while ...enough to know EXACTLY who SSS is, and still even think about trying it.

it took SSS about three hours to go from "who is this guy?" to "targeting missiles" and really, someone in that scenario would expect that.

desperation. vote two.
sometimes people like this though can be helped. sometimes not.

There is no chance, and his account was not hacked, he has pulled this cr@p before, also I have checked the paper in his area for accident reports and arrests. I have a second alias he may be using J. Kostick, which I will also be checking.

This is a 100% authentic troll, there is no doubt about that. Do you think I would post a persons name in the public forum if I wasn't 100% sure he was a troll and there were no mitigating factors? The only thing I can tell you with 100% certainty is that DDR-PIII is a Troll, and he will be deal with as such.

Trust me in SSS's position i'd do the same exact thing, SSS has tried everything to contact DDR and as a mod has to do what it takes to help the members

.. but thats just it, hes not replying to attempted contact or anything, its VERY odd

This Troll has responded to one of the members, I now have his phone number and a new e-mail I didn't have before.
I sent this troll one more e-mail, it would be nice if he responded, but he will pay the piper for being a troll. More info on him will be updated at Trollhunters.com shortly. I'd like to see him arrested, but we will cross that bridge if necessary.

This right here is why I feel comfortable using the classifieds. It's kind of sad though as he seemed to be a respected member and had been here for quite awhile.

DDR-PIII HAS CONTACTED ME, HE HAS BEEN GIVEN TILL FRIDAY TO REFUND OR SHIP ALL MERCHANDISE TO ALL FOUR PARTIES AFFECTED. (He claims they were mailed previosly, but we all know thats a bunch of BS from past experience with this person)
IF NOT WE WILL JUST PROCEED WITH INVOLVING THE CANADIAN AUTHORITIES
THIS IS THE SAME SITATION AS LAST TIME, DDR-PIII MAKES GOOD AND ONLY RESPONDS WHEN HE KNOWS HE IS FACING BEING ARRESTED. THIS MEMBER WILL NEVER BE REINSTATED AT THIS SITE, EVEN IF HE MANAGES TO REFUND THE FOUR MEMBERS AFFECTED BY THIS FRIDAY.

YOU CAN FOOL ME ONCE, THE NEXT TIME I WILL BITE YOUR HAND OFF.

I need 7keys, Cheator, Serraph, and Sno.LCN to make sure I have their correct shipping address or Paypal pay to Email to provide to DDR-PIII. (Sno.LCN may have already taken care of this)

Normally that would be the case, but this is not normal and I've taken this drastic step because four separate members have been ripped off and all other avenues were exhausted. I gave this ex member a second chance, now that he has fallen back on his old ways, this is personal and this will not be handled behind closed doors. Feel free to report me to the rest of the staff. I will get resolution to this matter by any and all means at my disposal, not to preclude having him arrested.

Normally we do not talk about people that cannot defend themselves, in this matter he can defend himself to a judge. I'm just attempting to fix this matter before it comes to that. but that is entirely up to him.

That's surprising. Right when SSS started this thread, I was going to say that someone must be using DDR-PIII's heatware account, because he surely can't be ripping people off, but then I decided not to because I thought it might offend someone. I guess I was wrong .

A thread like this is a rare sight around here, hopefully you won't ever see a thread like this again here. At other forums this is a common sight

I have received 5 or 6 e-mails from DDR-PIII and I believe he may just fix this mess by the Friday deadline he was given, keep in mind for weeks, he ignored all the members that never received anything, not a PM, not an e-mail and no product they paid for. He also has been ignoring my PM's and E-mails until tonight.
I think he figured out I meant business.

Yeah what a shame indeed he has been a member for a while. You're right on other forums this is common and the punk trolls always say they will do what they can to solve the problem by X date but never do. Did the people he rip off all live in the USA? Chances are he probably assumed he could get away with it being in Canada, go figure Thunder Bay (Been there before)...But he is 23 so he knew what he was doing, sick him SSS.
