new buid!

Ok i'm planning a new build for planning to get vista and a new dx 10 vid cards.
since the new intel core2 duo is the best and most affordable cpu i like to use that!

first what would be the best mobo that can go with it that oc fairly well?

second im waiting for crysis and vista to come out so would it be wiser to wait maybe prices will go down? or any new cpu comming out by the end of this yr?

look for hardware when cyrsis/vista comes out then.. the mobo's of the month will likely change by then.
