MEMORY DOESNT WORK :(

I bought 2xMemory Sticks for my Ze4400, but it doesnt work. When I put one or 2 sticks in, the monitor just comes out blank. Even if I put it old one and one new one.
What should I do? Should I just return the memory and sell my lappy since it cant do anything with so little RAM?

Well, if it the exact same specs as the other ram then return it and sell it. There aint no use in keeping a lappy you aint happy with.

With HP's supposedly from what I've heard they got some boot sector crap with their memory, and on newer ones a jumper lead on the board or mem itself for something to do with the voltage. That could be the problems right there. If not then bad memory would be my next guess.
