Damn thing is far too loud. the one I have is either 29 or 34DB and thats too loud. And I need something I can stick to mosfets that will actually stick. Mine are hitting mid 50s and I think that's too high

The stock fan is supposedly 21dBA,which seems about right as it's inaudible with a stock CPU fan running. You won't find a fan much quieter that'll fit on that cooler. If it's too loud, undervolt it, and if that's still unacceptable, get a passive cooler such as the HR-05.

I only got the heatsink, never got the fan with it.
