Hello Everyone

Here is my question, I hope someone has an answer:

So my freind went and bought a compy of windows xp 64 bit because hes using and a 64 bit amd althon 4200+ (duel core).

once everything was installed he tried to install and run some of his olders games and to his suprise many (about half of his games) dont want to run.

is there a way to emulate windows xp 64 to run the 32 bit applications?

First of all, I wouldn't mentino that you have an illegal copy of windows. Its not allowed to be discussed so please keep it out of posts.

Second, Windows x64 is supposed to emulate it well, but it doesn't. It is just a poor jobie on MS' part. So, basically, no, he can't run them if they don't run now. Unless an x64 patch/version comes out, like with Half-Life 2.

Call of Cthulhu - Dark Corners of the Earth

think thats about it, haven't tested the serious same stuff yet. He mentioned some others but most of the games he plays:

Hitman: Blood Money
City of Villains
Vampires the Masquerade : Bloodlines

etc... work fine

but for him its just the fact the cant play it.
