Hi guys ...
can you help??

Iam still useing my Abit IC7 (478) m/b. (dont want to upgrade yet)... with a p4 2.4b norrthwood iam looking to upgrade my chip ... to max out the borad.. what is the best chip to put in it? ive been looking at the 3.4 northwood SL793 chip ... is this any good ???? what do the clock to ???

does it clock o.k. or can u guys rocmend a better chip for the IC7

Ive just upgraded my g/card to Gainward 6800GS 512 golden sample and very pleased...with this card now its time for the chip ..

there u have the multi free (14). Then u can drive 14x250=3.500 @Default vcore on your IC-7! that would be very nice!

=> but i dont know if your ram makes the 250 fsb:/ @1:1 divider.




second choice is the 3,4 northwood as u said. there u can drive 212 fsb x 17 = 3600:). u have to look what would be better for u:)
