The should probably have this problem. I have 5 cats, and I picked this up just browsing the web

Check for cats before checking for viruses

LOL Well, those are more like kittens, one of my cats is so big it would need a 10u server case to nestle in!

I actually have had this problem before. My cat decided to crawl inside my PC one day and chew the cable to the HSF. One would think it would zap her but I guess not. That was the mighty day my last MBM log showed 126°C on the CPU core before it crashed. That good ol' battle wagon still runs today no problems.

I can't have cat's anywhere near my room. I'm too worried that they will enjoy the nice, pretty wires running to and fro from everything. I'm thinking about going caseless.. I need to cool this rig down.

I have a large cat too. He is still around 20 pounds (9.07 kg).

The one time my cat did go inside my case. It is a little larger then most mid-towers.

I had the setup on it's side. He thought it was a nice place to chill while I was busy in another room. Took me a long time to fix the damage to the Ziff and get my CPU temps right. The board bent somehow and CPU HS mounting is still a pain to get right.

Got to love big cats! My cats are inquisitive, but they never actually attack or attempt to reside in my computers, so I'm pretty lucky, though my fat cat did sit on my laptop once, but it's made out of aluminium so it could take the strain.

I used to have cats. One day my monitor was doing strange things with the image so i opened it up and my cat had hacked up a fur ball and it had fallen through the vents. Thats how I know fur balls are conductive!

I dont have a cat, but my friend does, and every time I come to his house his cat tries to chew on the power line for my laptop. I just told my friend that thats a 110V line there and he gets the cat away .
