A great big stroke of luck for me. My iPod Minis battery have deminished majorly, and a couple of weeks ago the warrently expired. I refuse to pay £50 to have the battery replaced.

Does anyone know how i can contact them which doesnt include phoning (it costs too much) (aka, email address) ?

Well shoot, I checked their support site and couldn't find an email address. They are good at hiding it.

If you feel adventurous you could try replacing the battery yourself. Here is a guide. :thup:
 
I couldn't find an e-mail address either. Probably because they want you to pay for their phone tech support. You can try writing to them, though (copied from the Apple UK site):
