NoL's Mach1 Rebuild

One of my best projects ever, not a cascade, not something large. But instead something small.
So far I've taken a ton of pics of the basic stripdown and arrival, enjoy.

For those that don't know what this is.
This is a Prometia Mach1. Same compressor and spec's as the mach2 and mach2gt, and just a different gas in all its beauty.
The mach2gt has a desuperheater, r404a, and an LCD.
Well this Mach1 will have a desuperheater, twice upgraded condenser, LCD for temperatures, Mach controller, and both mounting kits.

These units start @ around $700 and after all the mounting kits, upgrades and lian li kit we're talking $1100+. :yumyum: :yumyum:

So sit back, relax, and try to enjoy this as much as me!

Just wait rebuild, recharge with r22/r402a. Redo the insulation and heaters too. This is going to be a beauty of silent performance.

post 4- pics 5 and 6 whats up with the kink in that pipe?
and how is that braze beside it holding up? I looks like its got a pretty wicked angle on the pipe.

Got any unloaded and loaded temp probe shots?
And If you have loaded temp. probe shots, what's the load?

That's a crappy mod job,
Braze, more like Harris 8# silver solder.
None the unit came in Vac without leaks.

naa.. post #4 pic 6.. kinked pipe and the pipe beside it going to the compressor is brazed (I know what Harris 8# looks like) but the connection doesn't look even close to square.
