Single 5mm led light

Single 5mm led light


I bought one of these to plugin to a alphacool DDC pump top

So how do I wire up a single 5mm led. I looked at some guides but there all for hooking up series/multiple led's. I just need to wire a single one.

Voltage: 3.3-4.0V
Current: 20mA

Solder a 470ohm resistor to the anode then solder the other end of the resistor to 12v and the cathode to ground.
