WinXP language inteface?

I want this machine to be used by my mom, but I need it to be on Russian (English currently). Can I change the language interface w/o reinstalling WindowsXP?

Hmm..

I know of only two ways. One is reinstalling w/ a russian language version of XP

The other is get a program that has "help menus" in russian.
