in need of help!

well since my 1980's APC network powercell died (i dont know when it was manufactured) i decided to gut it and looked at it for a moment and thought it would make a great external cooling box. i can fit mabye a 92mm rad at max in the box and any pump i wish practically. would it be more cost effective if i use it for that porpouse? or would i be better off keeping it internal? ... or for amatter is it worth it? lol its going on a 2.93 celleron (478) and i'ts not going to be moved very often being it is a HTPC. i currently have a XP-90 on it right now with a high flow 74 cfm i think 80mm fan

oh yeah, and i'm looking to acheive as quiet as possible
