picking a motherboard.....lga775

hi im not intaerly sure were this goes so i put it here mainly becasue it says motherboard so it kinda relevent anyway here goes....

im looking for a good overcloking motherboard in the price range beteewn $0-100
but i need it to be able to ajust vcore and clock to 3.8 ( or higher )
i put the other stuff i need on it down below thanks agian not sure if this belongs here or not but thanks for your help.

20 or 24 pin main power connecter\

matx or atx? how much you willing to spend? Have you thought about getting a board that supports C2D? Firs thing i would do is get rid of that psu for something better 20a on the 12v is not enough for your system when tring to oc.
