it comes with a tube that goes out your window...

(slap that the other way and usse it as a heater in the winter yet cool your pc more

Actually you care. Because if the room temperatures goes up guess what your condensing temperatures go up, pressures rise, refrigerant stops condensing, maybe your compressor craps out, maybe your piping bursts, either way you dont want to go there. What xeon said, ducting, I have one, big while flexi pipe out the window, it comes it with, or for better yet two of them, one for intake other for exhaust, just dont hang them next to each other for obvious reasons.

I have one sitting behind me keeping me cool when I am in office. Okay... it actually keeps garage temperature livable as well when I am working there during day time too

Yea, the ones I have came with a ribbed flex tube that goes into an aluminum sliding piece to fit in the window. Usually I have found it needs some extra sealing but they do work very well and are super conveinient.
