Good board for e6400 & XMS2

Ok, I already have my e6400 and 4x512 of Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 memory. And now I want to get this puppy running. So what is the best board for this CPU and memory. I have a 7800gt and might do sli eventually, but I know theres a way to use sli on the intel chip boards. So reccommend me a couple boards to choose from.I also paln to clock to about 2.7ish or more if possible.

OCing with 4x chips is going to be hard. It's going to put a pretty big restraint on your OC.

Gigabyte DS3, Asus p5b. Budget would help
