Problem installing heatsink

ok im having major trouble installing this heat sink, its LGA775 and im afraid of pushing to hard and it breaking the mobo and when i push hard it seems to pop the other side out

need help :(

anny ideas?
 
I assume you're using standard/stock Intel cooler, then don't worry, just push "diagonally" among those 4 pins as instructed until you hear a bold click on each push, don't hesitate, it will make even worst.

The board will flexed a bit, and don't be scare, it is normal. If you look at from the bottom of the mobo, the region where the CPU located will buldge a bit (convex), again it is normal. And after you installed it, the mobo will looks like its bend a bit , scary huh ! :)

Ok, its fine you won't trust me at the 1st time right ? :D
Some hint to convince you below. Btw, this flexing mobo was there since socket 478 generation for Intel mobo.
