Ive had my x1900 aiw for awhile now and I usually overclock it to 640/680 with no problems. Recently I installed the aiw programs so i can watch tv and now my card artifacts like crazy. So now im stuck running it at stock speeds 
Do you guys think the problem is program related? Or is there a chance its possibly hardware
